I was just wondering HOW you managed to develop such an easy-to-use platform, and the process you went through to design a user process that even people who are fairly computer illiterate can produce great results with. How does a tech-savvy person get inside the head of a non-tech savvy person? Oh, and your clean new site design is lovely (as is the "Giant Snowflakes in Brooklyn" photo). Hi Krystyn,

Forcing yourself into the conversation about brand values in your experience design is not only hugely differentiating, it can save you money!!
