Your site perpetuates a widely held misconception: that Ralph Lauren designed the costumes for the films The Great Gatsby and Annie Hall. Lauren was responsible for the principal mens suits in Gatsby, but the "Costume Designer" for the film, responsible for the entire look of the clothes, was the great Theoni V. Aldredge. Ruth Morley, likewise, was the Costume Designer for Annie Hall, working with the director amd actors to create their wardrobes. Indeed, she used lots of Lauren's pieces, but it was she who designed the film. Check it out on IMDB.
